A good day of baking today.
I started with a loaf of bread (Paul Hollywood’s recipe) – using my new proofing basket which worked brilliantly.
While the bread was rising I made 2 home made pizzas (a BBC Good Food Magazine recipe) for lunch – the toppiing was tomato passata mixed with a little basil, ham and grated cheese.
Next week I might try some German baking. I’ll have a look through some recipes during the week and decide what to make.
